Built the operating infrastructure of an AI startup

Joined Explyt at an early stage and built a substantial part of its operating infrastructure across product, engineering, B2B and customer-facing functions.

• Designed and implemented cross-functional workflows across Product, Engineering, Sales, Presale, Marketing and Support — from planning and ownership to handoffs and escalation.
• Established the initial Presale / Pilot Management framework: client stages, ownership, interaction history, funnel analytics and capacity planning.
• Led enterprise pilots, removed delivery blockers and translated customer requirements into product and engineering decisions.
• Designed and implemented a support and incident-management framework covering L1/L2/L3, severity, SLA/SLO, escalation and knowledge management.
• Built internal tools and automations; structured the company wiki and knowledge practices, reducing reliance on manual coordination.

Led R&D projects and technology partnerships

Managed a multi-project R&D portfolio and collaboration between engineering and research teams. Later developed external technology cooperation, connecting researchers and partners with internal R&D needs.

• Managed Cooddy, ArkTS, SUDU, CodeMate, Diff and AI for Code projects.
• Cooddy was deployed across four product lines, with a compilation success rate reaching 99%.
• Established project workflows, reporting and collaboration with headquarters and internal stakeholders.
• Contributed to the successful completion of research and cooperation initiatives, including projects with Innopolis and ITMO.

Indian Summer
& Tochka.

Created and produced six commercial immersive festivals

Built a festival series from Indian Summer 2018 to Tochka Space 2023. The format combined music, role-playing, art spaces and collective creativity.

• Owned the concept, business model and project profitability.

• Oversaw the site, construction, stage, lighting, sound, games, catering, accommodation and logistics.

Turned mountain routes into commercial programmes

Created commercial mountain journeys and ascents, including Elbrus, Mont Blanc and the Swiss Alps. Developed the itinerary, marketing, logistics and economics, and led groups.

Sports ranks in cross-country skiing and mountaineering; in swimming and ballroom dancing as a junior. Ironman, running and ski marathons, ultramarathons including mountain races. Skyrunning: Elbrus Race and Lenin Race.
