VALUES / PRINCIPLES / RELATIONSHIPS

My axiology

The values that guide how I choose goals, relate to people and decide what deserves my time.

01 / THE PERSON

From meaning to an idea.
From an idea to people.

I enjoy finding the essence of an idea, giving it a clear shape and bringing people into it. This is how products, events and shared work take form.

Technology, music, travel and collective creativity offer different ways to connect with people and create something meaningful together.

02 / INNER NORTH

Routes change.
Our bearings remain.

01

Humanity

Behind every role, job title and opinion is a whole person. I try to understand people from within, respect their dignity and notice how they feel.

Care calls for action: offering support, speaking honestly and taking responsibility. Attention to others can coexist with personal boundaries.

02

Love of life

Noticing beauty, feeling grateful and staying curious. Looking for meaning and lessons in difficulties while allowing myself to feel them.

Time matters. I want to live now: meet people, create and try things without waiting for perfect conditions.

03

Courage to act

Taking initiative and making a first move before everything is clear. Giving ideas form, bringing people together and testing intentions through action.

I believe anyone can become the beginning of change. I want to help people discover their own capacity to create.

04

Worthy goals

Choosing goals whose pursuit earns self-respect. Long distances and mountains have taught me to draw strength from the path already travelled.

An ambitious goal leaves room for failure. Health, honesty with myself and the ability to continue matter along the way.

05

Culture and depth

Music, art and meaningful conversation deepen how we experience life and understand one another. On stage, I want to convey a thought and a feeling.

In projects, I seek to connect a clear idea with a human response, creating experiences that stay with people.

06

Trust and shared work

Trust grows through shared experience: being able to rely on one another, speak openly and contribute.

I enjoy creating conditions where different people can express themselves and accomplish together what they could not do alone.
